Genesis was very kind and knowledgeable about the service. She was perfect and did an amazing job given the materials she has to work with. The salon needs to up their game. If you’re charging $135 you need to be using quality hair products, not Pantene. My hair left feeling dryer than when I arrived. You should be using Kerastase or Oribe products. The hair drying at the end of the service should be a blowout, not just a simple blow dry. Will not be returning due to the quality of the service.

Everything was very lovely. The experience was great. The only thing that I personally found to not be relaxing was the bird sounds in the music. They were loud and just made it hard for me to really let go and enjoy the experience. However, Genesis was SUCH a lovely stylist and very good at what she does. I also really appreciated how everyone was so very friendly and welcoming.
